A note of gratitude
We are coming to the end of another year and as usual, many of us use this opportunity to reflect on our achievements and to think about what’s next, what we would like to change, improve and attain in the next 12 months.
Whilst a little self-reflection is always useful, watch out for becoming obsessed with what is yet to come and what has been, because the only reality that exists is the present moment and if we are not truly here, the rest doesn’t really count.
Be grateful for what you have and for the people around you. Work on becoming more self-aware and be kind to yourself and others, even when things don’t go your way.
Smile more often.
I’ll do my best to do all of the above, starting with this little note of thanks to all of you who take the time to read me and share your practice with me.
Thank you.
