Nutrition and Holistic Wellness

Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based approach to maximising health through the introduction of a personalised nutritional and lifestyle plan.

A typical consultation focuses on you, your diet, aspirations and current state of health. My goal is to offer you some guidance on the food you should choose and the lifestyle choices you should make to support or improve your overall wellbeing, as defined by you.

Your nutritional plan is not a diet: I prefer to think of it as a compass that guides you to finding a better version of yourself.

Follow up consultations focus on discussing your progress by looking at what worked and what didn’t, in order to give us a chance to tailor your plan even further.

I recognise that nutrition is only one piece of the puzzle so I tend to work with individuals and corporate clients offering a holistic approach that goes beyond nutrition. I also offer consultations, talks and resources on well-being at work and holistic wellness, suitable for team buildings and away-days.
